    Funny enough, ORL management also owned around 40% (Robert Lane 21%, Vicars 18%).

    This did not prevent ORL from going into administration...

    I am not saying SFH will follow ORL's path and I agree that both SFH and ORL management are well incentivized on account of their significant shareholdings, but this - by high management shareholdings by itself - may not be enough to save a struggling business.
