Look at the price history over the past decade or more. More board members have been added with an erosion of value for shareholders.
Then you get so called professional investors like Arix Bioscience, who seemingly don't look at the history, that cost them a bit. But whats worse is what thus did in terms of diluting existing shareholders. My point, there not worried about shareholders, there not at risk.
