He dropped out of the top 20 a few years back so must have either sold down or out. Alternatively might not be around any more given he hasn’t posted anywhere in a few years.
I would likely support a nomination for any genuinely independent board member as I don’t think any we currently have are genuinely independent. The gifting of performance rights ties them to management rather than shareholders unfortunately.
