That would certainly amount to desperate measures if they did & I would say they would have shoot loads of trouble & reveal them as absolute morons if they do try!
Wouldn't it be such a breath of fresh air to have the minority shareholders represented as a balance to those bigger players after all if they listened to us in the first place I really don't think EGO would be anywhere near the position it is now. A good friend recently reminded me of the documents sent by ERM power regarding how we lost SH value with the old mob well it's even worse under the current. Go back & have a look at those documents & have a good laugh at how they really saved our investment after voting for them. Make no mistake...these were the same people that held the previous boards hand while our value diminished & should have jumped on the bandwagon in the first 249D if they really cared!
