Considering that Corum Group only has 3 members on the board of directors... these findings are very disturbing...

Considering that Corum is in such dire shape, this seems too odd to me... why has he recently become the chairman of another eCommerce company when Corum's eCommerce business unit is clearly in need of a future strategy and direction and severely bleeding market share!?
