i have alerted the ASX to the questionable performance of JMS as of late and regarding the phone conversations had between the directors and myself.

i suggest shareholders contact ASX regarding your concerns from now on, the directors have not been able to alleviate any of mine.

so far this company has shown its shareholders a string of broken promises. in almost a year of work they have 10 million tonnes of iron ore, two deals that have fallen through with chinese steel mills, promises of nickel, gold and further iron ore exploration. THEY HAVE not delivered anything.

baron i was on JMS side previously but i think the directors are taking everyone for a ride. everytime anyone phones the directors we get the same response 1 - 2 days results will be out. well this is just not acceptable.

the mgt here are very similar to the ones running URA, promises and nothing more.

the sp performance is more than disgraceful. NOW even if they bring out good results many many people will want to exit purely because of the way directors have treated us shareholders.

im still holding and kicking myself right now because this is one of the pitiful stocks i own. i believed this company had big things going for it. the only thing this stock has as a positive is the fact that they are a good tax write off.

maybe the directors should ann that: "due to our p! ss poor performance we recomend shareholders take advantage of the full value of our company and write it off as tax loss against any gains".
