Ditto to that Spotty, they obviously aren't too concerned with shareholder or market sentiment. The market's regard for the directors is rapidly diminishing (along with their reputations), to the point where it may not matter what they announce as the market will turn their nose up at it due to the lack of confidence in the directors. These guys need a crash course in investor relations big time, with the first lesson being: no investors equals no money boys.
BTW where is Baron? hmmm...I'm thinking maybe his computer crashed with the sheer volume of feedback he received from all the satisfied subscribers to his email tipping service ;-)
