I don't think throwing this board out will have a hope in hell.BUT...
There is a possibility that Lockyer may be drilled off our own bat. This could be upward of $10m (our 80% share). MIN will not be allowed to participate in CR so the rank and file may have a bit of sway here. I think the board would think of themselves as stinkers(even more than current stench) if sophisticated investors were called on to plunder (MIN would not be impressed either).

If MIN were to be our new farmee (yes spelt or is it spelled correctly ?)... be happy brothers.
