I understand that the Chairman's 2 year rotation is up for election this October...

“That Mr John Joseph Foley, who retires by rotation in accordance with the Company's
Constitution and being eligible offers himself for re-election as a Director of the Company, be
elected as a Director of Citigold Corporation Limited."

So what would be the sentiment of this forum regarding a for/against a change of the Chairman/Director's seat come this October?...How about a (+) for a yea (New Chairman) or a (-) for a nay (Re-elect existing person).

Can the balance of shareholders begin to take a real interest of THEIR company by mustering together a majority vote for a definitive change in Directorships, paving the way for new corporate governance of Citigold...That is the real question...
