Hi Katumbus,
May be blonde and not too knowledgeable on a wide range of subjects but IMHO the shareholders own the Company and elected Management manage the Company.
In this crazy world everyone can be forgiven for thinking that nothing is as it seems. Just as silly is the fact that even though they, the shareholders finance everything and foot the bills, their quest for changes for betterment of the Company always seems to meet a dead end.
Funny that!!!!! and very, very, frustrating.
