    Macarthur advises that, following further discussions with PEAMCoal, PEAMCoal has agreed to increase
    its offer price from A$15.50 to A$16.00 per share (?Revised PEAMCoal Offer?). The Macarthur Board
    now recommends the Revised PEAMCoal Offer, in the absence of a superior proposal.
