@Elusive Lahood , valid points made in justifying the reasons behind the removal of Nathan Buzza from the board.

I'm new to posting on HC so am uncertain as to the guidelines surrounding what can and cannot be mentioned / disclosed.

In regards to Chris, other factors to consider; I am more than certain he has a strong relationship to one of our top 5 investors, in fact I think he could have introduced RAP to this investor at the inception of our company. I personally would prefer this investor to remain satisfied knowing Chris will continue his tenure as one of our board.

The audacity of Buzza to want to remain an independent board member when he had to reach into his own pocket to purchase shares, however, then happy to accept his freebies!
