Hi @Red bar, I agree with your comments surrounding Tony Keating, I also believe he is a valuable asset to the company particularly in this very delicate and important period as we ( hopefully & apparently ) approach commercialisation.

However I will say that I am getting tired of hearing these lovely and nurturing ' bed time stories ' around this and that are imminent, confident of this ( FDA) , positive feedback, deals and revenue around the corner. I really hope I eat these words and that we receive fantastic news and announcements in the foreseeable future, however, as it stands today, as a shareholder, I am frustrated with the progress of the company and can no longer listen to these lovely 'bed time stories'.

I think accountability and KPI's across the board including for Tony Keating are needed, particularly over the next few months. We have CE Mark and TGA for both Adults and children. We have a world pandemic, Corona Virus,of which one of the most significant symptoms is URTI/LRTI. If this URTI digresses to LRTI with anyone that has contracted Covid-19 they need more serious help. Our technology can accurately diagnose and or monitor both URTI / LRTI.

To that end

• Italians have been restricted from leaving their homes
• As of today Spanish have also been restricted from leaving their homes
• Germany and France will more than likely receive some restrictions also ( don't we have contracts with German hospitals already)
• Possibly greater Europe will also have further isolation restrictions

The above represents over 100's of millions of people restricted from leaving their home in Europe ( only ), some of which I am sure would love to know whether their cough ( or that of their children) is still UTRI or has it digressed to LRTI. Surely some of or all of these countries have numerous telehealth providers, and surely these telehealth providers would be interested in a technology that can diagnose or monitor respiratory tract infection remotely? (particularly in this period of home quarantine!)

Tony Keating has my backing for now and I think he is a valuable asset to the company, however I am all for KPI's and accountability. If RAP has not locked in substantial deals within 2-3 months we as a company need to look at the reasons WHY, starting with the CEO and the greater board. OR we need to reassess our investment decisions?

No more lovely nurturing bed time stories, we need deals, we need revenue! Yesterday already!
