If Tony believes his position as a director is hindering his role as ceo then he can retire as a director at any time and concentrate on getting Resapp into the market. He has repeatedly stated that there has been overwhelming interest in our product make him accountable for getting results.
If he believes the rest of the board are not doing their utmost to assist him it has to be up to him to raise the matter internally and if not successful to alert shareholders.
