1. In my opinion, Nathan Buzza should go - he has failed to demonstrate his value

2. As to who should replace him... That's the difficult question and one I don't have an exact answer for atm. I would be looking for someone that has a proven track record in sales / commercialisation in the healthcare industry, global experience and time to be able to devote to furthering ResApp's interest
