Briefly to start, it seems we are back to some childish behaviour on the AVX thread. Lets hope it is coming to and end.

On a serious note, the recent CZD communication does raise some valid points. Perhaps none more so than:

a) the opaque nature of the relationships between the AVX board and the way it came to be formed;
b) the lack of share ownership of current board members

If any of them dial in to HC then with your support for action, they may be pro active and issue a statement clarifying some of these issues.

I am no fan of CZD getting hold of AVX yet I feel the current board are a long way from proving their worth.

Perhaps if these questions remain unanswered then the coming meetings will provide a suitable forum for them to be put directly?
