Has the Board failed in it's duties to fully investigate opportunities for the shareholders?
In view of the disappointing performance of the company recently, one would think that any good opportunity would be worthy of more than what seems to be a cursory overview.
I am hopeful that fresh blood may bring greater opportunities for this company so I look forward in a month or two to a formal change of leadership as the current heirarchy appear to lack commercial nouse.
By the way, the proposed new Directors appear to have far superior credentials to those of the current MD and sidekick.
