I think holders will be rewarded still, hence I hold .

But it doesn't take a genius to realise a couple of board members and "other" are willing to sell alot above the market price .
We were shown evidence just before a profit downgrade .
Are we witness to an independent release by the Chairman, and was he aware that his release would be followed rapidly by the downgrade ?
Should the downgrade announcement have been prepared less ambiguously before FG announced his version of a forecast at the meeting ?

Board needs to reshuffle if they find actions are lacking, imo .
