@Baby Doc please re-read what I have said. It is important to differentiate fact from fiction. I have not said anything about being okay with management "ripping off" shareholders with excessive remuneration.
I will note without doing a deep dive that most of the dilution in the past 12 months was the result of 130m SOI + 450m SOI to raise $4.5m (being used as payment for Enmore Gold Project and Lachlan Projects. The Enmore project having the exploration results it has had to date since drilling began is the sole reason for the increase in SP.
I.e. 580m / 941m (62%) SOI were released in relation to the above acquisition...the one that had intercepts of 100m+ 1g/t au
But again a top 20 shareholder in an exploration miner would know this....It's very obvious what games are being played here. I am very familiar with the workings of ASX listed boards and their governance. Datt Capital are well within their right to have a representative sit on the board but don't try and paint narratives that do not exist when nothing was said when board approved to dilute the company to oblivion to acquire Enmore and raise funds at 1c.
