Why hasn't Datt laid out his case more clearly. When Samuel Terry Asset Management do these board rolls, they will come up with a comprehensive letter as to why they think the Board should be rolled. Datt has just basically put out a letter proposing to remove the board, management incentive program, and do a share consolidation. The WHY part is missing.
