KNB was floated barely 5 years ago. Unfortunately those who got in early are badly underwater. Then came the massive dilution of last year, with smaller shareholders frozen out. My stake in KNB was almost 4% last year. Thanks to the dilution, I'm sitting on barely 1% of the company. Those who paid cold, hard-earned cash for their stake in the company are rightfully unhappy.
Board members who enriched themselves at the expense of smaller shareholders need to be held to account. Doing the wrong thing is bad enough. Shamelessly refusing to resign when given the opportunity suggests a lack of morality which could bite ALL shareholders later, when the company's dreams come to fruition.
