So how does this get resolved amicably? If it goes to vote and splits the BoD, there will be a sh*t fight that will not benefit shareholders... heres my stab in the dark
1. Datt Cap gets offered a seat or rep/proxy on the board (ie Tim OR Tony, ideally Tim), all existing BoD remains in place;
2. The NED REM gets removed or amended to a higher vesting condition versus exec directors, and;
3. All directors buy a tranche of shares on market to fund further DD drilling at Enmore after current drill program?
So how does this get resolved amicably? If it goes to vote and...
