    As the share price flirts with a sub 30 cent price and the board contemplates an international search to bolster their ranks it is worth reflecting that over the past 15 years BNO has had:
    - 11 directors;
    - 8 substantial shareholders;
    - 1 CEO.

    Once the board is satisfied that it is equipped to understand BNO's increasingly international and complex business maybe they will be better placed to know what a good CEO looks like and go out and recruit one.
