well, you gotta hand it to him...
he sucked millions out of institutional investors and punters alike, on false expectations of a 2011 nasdaq listing, (a skillful PR program of info and dis-info, while not really saying 'yes' or 'no'), then spent the rest of his time placating hostile shareholders understandably angry/annoyed/perplexed about when the listing would, in fact, take place...
regenerates the listing hype come 2012, cordially picked-up with relish in these threads, lists on the nasdaq, (but fails to tell anyone that trading could not take place due to a known glitch), then rides off into the sunset...
that, dear friends, is the epitome of a super salesman
and all the very best of luck to him - he did complete his mission, it must be said - the coffers are fat, and PBMD is up in lights
