    The project has an estimated capital cost of $250 million and because of its location and size ticks all the boxes for government assistance .They will definitely put in a new airstrip.
    All we need is for anyone in management to speak with a half decent analyst and this stock is going north.
    i believe 50 cents a share is possible within 12 months.
