board shuffle

I have been holding Key since the early days though very rarely post on it. I guess I am wondering what exactly has been accomplished by the board shuffle. TE and RS have resigned, DW has been kicked up to Chairman, and John Sheppard an, ex-Hardman employee and former associate of Ted's is now on the board. Not sure that anything has changed or been accomplished other than letting Ted go start his new oil and gas venture while allowing him to still have a glimpse at what is happening on board level through John Sheppard. So now we don't have Ted or Richard, but the board is still controlled imo by the same group.
