    Could be potential board spill by buyer who snapped up 5.8% 49000000 last week . Thinkin I should buy back in 400 shares if it is happening I have right to vote in favor only need 1 share for right to vote if the buyer isnt a party wanting rights issue or share consolidation could be a play for new board in my opinion
