I took a small position in this one yesterday afternoon before the unexpected suspension. I was a bit slow to the party however Matthew Walker shells command a premium so even after yesterday's spike there is still room for appreciation pre vend in to catch up to the likes of RSL.
The ASX imposed suspension has been removed and this will be back on the boards today. Whatever the ASX has queried has been answered to their satisfaction.
It appears that Matthew Walker wants a good grip on this one and is calling for a board spill. I'm sure he wouldn't have called for this without knowing he's got the support of his cronies. Watching with interest.
Apologies to all that got caught up with the former activities and board that caused shareholder destruction. CDB is about to be rebirthed so all that was the former CDB flies out the window now.
