Does anyone know whether the three directors that may be disposed (of) and replaced have the same condition that Holden put in his term of employment contract, i.e., an extra payout of some $250,000 should their employment be terminated for whatever reason?
If this is the case, I would strongly suggest that such payment/s not be made and let them justify same in a court of law where their true skills can be tested.
