saying that ABU's management is "not well liked" is like saying "Osama Bin Laden wasn't that popular with Americans". Very well understated.
Anyway, I think we can be fairly certain that current management are on their last legs. I wrote to the board members yesterday as follows

"Dear Board Member

As a shareholder who owns a considerable number of shares in ABM Resources I am writing to you to plead with you not to resign your position, despite the move to spill the board.

Over several years you have guided this company to where it is today and you deserve to face the shareholders at a meeting so that they can give you the arse. Many, many shareholders have lost life savings due to your ineptitude and possibly wont recover.

Do the right thing for once and cop what you rightly deserve."

Needless to say I haven't received a reply from any of them.
