Hi @hamburglaar I think you are exactly right with your sentiment that Kristy is selling the Newport family home to fund purchasing more shares on the market as part of her plan to force her way back in.
I figure that if she was prepared to sell shares (at a higher price) in order to purchase the property a few years ago then she is very likely also willing to sell it to be able to buy shares back (at a lower price) ...

I think Kristy's (and her backers) Best Before Date has been exceeded.
I respect that she founded the company BUT under her leadership the performance of BUBS in recent times has been abysmal and it is in the best interests of BUBS if she steps away - end of story.
I am a former shareholder having stepped away in January 2022... I still follow and believe in BUBS but only see a future under new leadership.
