it only bolsters the argument that kristy & co arent up to par. Peter Nathan didnt even know his Ol mate AZ global owes us 5.7M in unpaid invoices. Kristy and Dennis have been blind the whole time letting this massive bill go unpaid and still shipping the stock.
if anything I think the AFR article yesterday probably bolstered the case to oust them. If Kristy really wants to put her money where her mouth is. Pony up the 5M and beat C2 to the punch. Give us a path to profitability. Backed by a personal guarantee. Id be willing to bet C2 with Alibaba has deeper pockets than Kristy &Co.
Plus the BS about a major shareholder being alibaba and locking us into one retailer is crap. Anyone who is able to give us a path to profitability and monster earnings even remotely rivalling A2M would be celebrated by shareholders.
