BUBS must call the EGM no later than 21 days after 2/6/2023 and hold the meeting no later than 2 months after 2/6/2023.
So the EGM must be no later than 2/8/2023.
The final 4C for FY23 is due no later than 31/7/2023. I suspect the strategic review results will be released on or before this date also.
The H2FY23 and Preliminary Final Report ( which include P&L ) are due no later than 31/8/2023.
I am guessing that BUBS current Board will try to get H2FY23 and Preliminary Final Report ( which include P&L ) released before the EGM. The report will clear the decks fully of inventory and risk items, so as to make the previous management look incompetent and have the maximum damage to share price, whilst blaming Kristy and Dennis.
As there are alot of people sitting on massive paper losses, I think Kristy's spill will not be successful.
I think $0.15 will be tested.
