Considering that C2 Cap has put out a trading update advising in an 57% drop in China sales, I don't know how anyone in good faith can possibly vote for the board spill.
Numbers wise as of last annual report C2 has 10.39% holding vs kristy and Co at 5.6% holding and Chemist warehouse at 3.37% holding. Meaning that the current no votes is 10.39% vs yes votes at 8.97%. I am voting no and I hope everyone else votes no as well. Could very well be the case C2/kristy and Co start buying more shares these next few weeks as well.
