"toll-free" means exactly that - cost free, no charge etc.
"25c" means the call costs 25c (not a local call which is only 18c).
Aside from that, my point was that apart from not being able to run the company properly when they were in charge, the Board cannot even give their shareholders correct information at this late stage of the game.
Far from being "picky" I was highlighting another example of incompetence by the Board.
In short, look at the principle involved, not whether it is a "small" failure or not.
