I appreciate your post. I'm tired of buying stocks that are the best thing since sliced bread and prove not to be. (I don't even like sliced bread).

I still think the State Agreement sets this stock apart from others. If they keep finding commercial quantities of gas (and its an if) then I think this could grow into a very valuable company. Also depends how dilutionary any further capital raisings are. It could take quite a few years but the ducks are being lined up. Sort of reminds me of cross between Perseus Mining and and early Fortescue (for following a larger longer term plan).
