Board structure/numbers

Roger Sexton/BFC Board members,
Why replace Joanna Andrew? All Board members should go NOW.
Current BFC Board has or is overseeing,

• another annual loss - No 6
• positioned BFC as a "pricetaker" with all its products. BFC deals in commodity products.
• has burnt and continues to burn shareholders funds
• faces a 2nd Strike at coming AGM - very difficult to avoid. Go NOW why wait for Nov/Dec 2022.
• is suggesting a share placement (KCG) that does not make commercial sense. Driven by NAB?
• a Chair that keeps talking about retirement but doesn't act. Time Roger. 6 years is enough.

FY21/22 results due within next 6-7 days.
Unless Roger has some more "rabbits to pull from the hat" BFC will do zip and NAB will be in the drivers seat (probably is now).
