If he serious he needs more than a 6% stake, give him 29.9% and he has a reason to be listen too.
That’s why Clive must hate the AZA as it dilutes his 6% by over half, or in other words the horse has already bolted.
Conversely all these newly issued ARQ shares for the AZA T/O will result in lots of lose share hitting the market, a good way to build up a big stake.
