I don't know if there are links to Nexus. Would be very hard to find out.
But i know that their moves on Arc are more to do with the Canning and not wanting to be diluted before Arc finish their work there.
Palmer wants to increase his stake in Arc to 10%.. if the merger goes ahead, he will be diluted to about half that. That's what he doesn't want, particularly before the Canning is over with.
They're just being a@sholes about it. I don't know if there are...
