board up, big surf surge incoming

Just been out on patrol and happened to notice a surge or two approaching over the horizon ahead of the others that are still beyond the horizon.

Yes happened to see that Solimar Energy (SGY) has done a presentation at the Good Oil Conference today and released it on the ASX.

Now the items that are critical for QPN are these.
Start is in second half of 2010. Presumably July....August.


1. Guijarral Hills (QPN has 20%)
There are plans for a two well programme here by SGY as Operator.
Two well locations have been chosen and are being permitted
Targeting 200 bopd per well
(i.e. = 400 bopd total so QPN's 20% share would amount to 80 bopd if successful)

2. Jacalitos (QPN has 30%)
Again a two well programme to begin with.
The two wells are being permitted currently
Targeting 100 bopd per well.
(i.e. = 200 bopd total so QPN's 30% share would amount to 60 bopd if successful)
If 2 wells prove to be successful then other locations in immediate area would be drilled
