Talked to secretary. They very much understand the frustrations of shareholders, as I voiced my concerns!! They are working through the problem and we all know what that is. They feel it is in PLV's interest to pay the money to rid the problem. They believe 100% of profit will cut that out very quickly. They are still producing and boats are leaving. No financial details were given. No reason's were given for resignation of board members.
