I think its worthwhile commending Phil for this latest boardroom installment. If these updates are done regularly, and we see the company start to execute on its strategy, shareholders might start to cut this board some slack.
From a content perspective, it could have done without "phil's BIO" but I suppose that is included given the shareholder vote next week. Would have liked to hear further context on recent references to future company consolidation.
