Alot depends on Tasmania in my opinion.

The Waterberg is the big 50 year mine production scenario. The coal washing plant will be the thing that takes a bit more time to build, and this will slow down the production status for the company. But the benefit is that they need coal in SA so a ready market will always exist. PJ's comments today reinforce my opinion on this re SA heavy industry requirements.
But Tasmania is the near term producer imho. Depending on ash content, it is likely that that they can dig and transport the 100km to export to China or India. This will take time, but not that much time.

Either way RES is a sleeping giant and if you can wait, you will be well rewarded imho.

I still think that 30 cents is a near term goal. But no one at this stage has been shielded from market conditions.

The market has to work out where value is. This is a great time for PJ to be pumping brokers and media.
