But why and from what?

From holding RAU or investing in RAU when it is at bargain basement prices looking at 500,000 PLUS ounces of gold, multiple tungsten plays and now a prospective copper play.

Methinks shareholders don't need protecting or potential investors don't need a red flag waved at them.
