I take that as "at least 10" GC would be in the rounding down school'O'thought, since being so perilously close before.
One thing to consider is M&A. Moodys have flagged possible moves by Roche, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, and Novartis - in particular that acquisitions to generally be small to mid-sized groups. With 100 odd lookers one would have to say there are many niche players there.
By analogy, history has shown us that while closing the deal with one suitor both parties could be being courted by another - that's Life so to speak.
