regulator very good point. Phosphate as a bulk low value commodity does not come under the new tax. Note though the date of the interview 7 May, probably before this was clarified to the market.

Unfortunately there seems no way out short-term to raise capital without ruinous dilution. The sp will not defy gravity and lows will likely be revisited soon enough.

Also note that the T/O mining agreement has been delayed to July now......don't like the sound of that as the T/O leverage increases the more promises MAK makes to the market........once bitten twice shy a la RWD bad experience.

Foreign listings are a complete waste of time IMO, clutching at straws and a waste of management time and shareholders money.

All in all a good shorting candidate sadly especially with the big 'C' wave down now in progress on the wider global markets.
