Agree with sob that there is no way Lange would take on a minor role.
Therefore what is left ? Take control or be in part control of the takeover company ? doubt that.

Build it up and sell his share off and sit on his butt with Magarita's ? Doubt that. Apart from being too young,he would then have to find another opportunity as good as, if not better to feed the ego

Sell off, be retained as MD.Given full autonomy.Access to finance and infrastructure to build it further.Recognition and kudos. Performance based financial benifits ?
