i wish i could find it - theres an article in todays paper ? re:leighton seeking engineering & related workers from around the world to work in the middle east - no one can get enough staff for the developments going on there.
as reg has just said, and no doubt it was in lange's thinking, its easier to buy up companies with the staff ready to go, than try to hire then individually, or contract them from hire companies at huge rates.
all looks very very good for the next great sector.
