this is a Mac Bank respinout from private equity package.
The quality of the company's operations highly regarded in the industry.
Downside? Capital raising is basically not going into the company, rather the private equity funds get their ill gotten gains out of it. And the company remains comparatively highly geared=any increase in interest rates or reduced drilling activity and will have problems.
Of further note-it is Nth American based-why float here?
