I decided not to bother.
1) Maquarie are known to be greedy and therefore will have the subscription price at the higher end of the range, making it just about industry average P/E ratio.
2) Maquarie are effectively offloading nearly all their shares in this company. Therefore, they dont believe its worth holding! Why should you?
3) The size of the offer is so large that there will probably be enough for everybody, and it has the potential do be dumped on opening by institutions.
